Returns & Warranty
DAMAGE OR SHORTAGE
Both private and trade customers need to thoroughly check the delivered goods for any defects within 5 days of delivery.
Notification of damage or shortages must be made to Allterrain.ie via email as soon as possible within 5 days of receipt of goods.
Notification of non delivery must be made within 15 days of invoice date.
Allterrain.ie is responsible for:

Repairing or replacing damaged or defective products at our cost, and

Delivering the replacement products to the customer at our cost.
We do not accept any liability for losses arising from a customer’s failure to follow the carrier’s requirements regarding notification of damage, shortages, or non-delivery of goods.
RETURNS
In order to receive a full refund - products should be returned in original, unopened packaging.
If the product is not returned in its dispatched state we cannot offer a full refund and a compensation will be calculated on individual basis, please note that it can be up to 100% of value depending on the damage.
Cooling Off Period: You have the right to return goods within 14 days of receipt of your products. You, the customer are responsible for returning the product(s) to our store in Wexford and any return costs incurred shall be paid by you, the customer.
WARRANTY CLAIM
In the event of a warranty claim, you the customer will be responsible for transporting and or covering any transport expenses arising from the items returned to our store regardless of the warranty outcome. In the event of a successful warranty claim and where the item/ items must be returned to the customer, Allterrain.ie will cover the return shipping costs to the customers address.
