Features:

• Manufactured from hot-rolled ASTM 4115 steel and case-hardened to 58–62 Rc for durability.
• Incorporates the latest caged needle roller bearing designs for high RPM reliability.
• Big end design includes side scalloping and vent slots to minimize bearing race distortion under high RPM conditions.
• Shot-peened to eliminate surface stress risers and blend rod forging radiuses.
• Double-honed bearing surfaces ensure ultra-roundness for high RPM performance.
• Small ends are double-drilled to enhance lubrication and cooling of the wrist pin bearing.
• Complete assembly includes rod, crank pin, crank pin bearing, top-end bearing, and silver-coated bronze phosphor thrust washers.
