Connecting Rod Trx500Fe, Hotrods 8699 Honda Atv

High-quality replacement connecting rod kit designed for Honda TRX500 Foreman models, providing superior strength and reliability. Manufactured from hot-rolled ASTM 4115 material and case-hardened to 58-62 RC for maximum durability. The advanced design incorporates strategically placed side scalloping and vent slots in the big end to minimize bearing race distortion at high RPMs. The rod is shot-peened to eliminate surface stress risers and double-honed to create an ultra-round bearing surface for enhanced reliability. Small ends are double-drilled to improve lubrication and cooling of the wrist pin bearing, critical under high-performance conditions. The kit is sold complete with all necessary components for assembly, including a rod, crank pin, crank pin bearing, top-end bearing, and silver-coated bronze phosphor thrust washers.
