This Black Diamond™ stainless steel exhaust valve is designed for standard fitment in various KTM® RFS engines used in both dirt bikes and ATVs. Manufactured from high-strength one-piece forgings, the valve undergoes a proprietary German surface treatment process that enhances wear resistance, corrosion protection, and reduces friction. Engineered using Finite Element Analysis and validated through flow bench testing, this valve offers durable performance for demanding off-road applications.
